Another lazy weekend spent in Sydney, although sadly the weather wasn't as perfect as last week and today it's an utterly miserable Monday.
Spent two long and sleepless nights with a restless Charlie in our bed after he was sick all over his. Nothing like washing the vomit off sheets, pillows, quilts, blankets, underlays, mattress protectors, teddies, pjs and yourself at 3am! Then washing, drying and ironing it all only to have it happen again the following night! Mind you, we did find the funny side, and nearly wet ourselves laughing at each other gagging at the rather pungent smell!
Here's what else we got up to.....
A rainy day sends parents in droves to indoor play centres. You think it will give you a break, but you're wrong! It's hell!
This is how you know you've left your 1 yr old unsupervised for too long whilst blogging! Not sure where those little red balls on the top of the dishwasher tablets got to?
A visit to a tile shop - the first of many. Not a great idea with two bored kids.
Desperate to use a French patten in pavers somewhere in the reno.
Little Miss Independent at it again. Insists on pushing something - so thought it best to take her pint-sized pram with us. She's less of a public nuisance that way.
Oops she did it again.
Bought this cute green jacket at Mothercare. Great clothes, well priced, available online in Australia now.

Bought this jumper for Charlie at Okaidi, gorgeous French clothes for kids, now in Australia.
Bought two more of these stemless Riedel O Series wine glasses. Much less inclined to be broken and wine tastes great.
Found this cute card from English company MeriMeri. Great online stationery and party stuff.
Tried to see this, but all sessions sold out. Must be good.
So ended up cooking this, then settling down in front of TV....

and watched this. Perfect end to the weekend.
