Artwork Admiration

I am revisting the NY Gift Fair today as I am currently thinking about artwork for the walls. A bit premature possibly, but I go to be every night imaging how each room in the house is going to look, and I am always lead to artwork.

I was thrilled and thrown by the prints and artwork available at the gift fair. So many wonderful pieces available, many from the US but lots from the UK. Sadly most of them come ready framed which makes shipping expensive, but there were a few suppliers who will happily send unframed prints.

Here's a selection of the artwork I found utterly delicious and which I would readily have in my home.

Fabulous gigantic posters printed on huge canvases would make a great impact in a room

These are the stunning work of Christopher Marley of Form and Pheromone. 

Each bug and critter is real, completed unretouched or altered.

Incredible dimensional sea urchins

These giant bugs were a bit creepy

These are beautiful little lifelike vignettes made from dollhouse furniture and handmade miniature props.
